discography ideas...

I would hope for a discography which simply lists AS MANY significant
recordings of organ playing as we can find.  I guess "significant" implies
a certain editorial judgment is needed, but I'd hope that we get beyond
just "favorite" albums, to accomodate highly diverse tastes (within our
specialized organ world, of course).

Minimum maintenance strategy?  I'd be happy enough to see a long
uncategorized list, simply alphabetized by artist name.  But, uh,  how do
you alphabetize Wes Montgomery's albums (with Mel Rhyne on organ)... under
Montgomery or Rhyne?

If someone (Bradley?) wants to take a poll now and build a short list of
"essential organ recordings", I'd be willing to take a dump of that
person's accumulated mail messages sometime LATER and try to assemble a
long, all-inclusive list.  That might happen AFTER I make some progress on
the Hammond bibliography (I'm still accepting submissions, BTW!).
