I believe the configuration is: > >122 - tall, balanced >147 - tall, unbalanced >142 - short, balanced >145 - short, unbalanced > >Anyone else concur?? I have a two cabinets of the "short" variety, one of which still has the original Leslie back panel sticker/instruction sheet (in somewhat legible condition. This cabinet is labeled "Leslie type 145 *and* 147". (The amp which was actually inside the thing, when I bought it, is labeled "type 145"). Anyway, this leads me to conclude that 145 and 147 model numbers refer to two different amp models which were shipped in the same "short" cabinet. As far as the balanced/unbalanced question goes, the (tube) Leslie amps (the amp boards themselves) which I use are a type 145 and a type 22H. Both have six-pin connectors, but I'm not sure if that answers the balanced question or not, since I don't know much of anything about the actual amp circuits. Some elaboration might be helpful -- maybe the (forthcoming) discussion of pinouts will resolve this... - ben "jacobs" -- random@well.sf.ca.us
