>>>In the last paragraph of section 2.1.1, i mention four particular >>>models of Leslie. Is it correct that the 122 and 142 are tall, 147 and >>>145 are short, 122 and 147 are balanced input, 142 and 145 are >>>un-balanced input? >>Good work! Keep it going!! I believe the configuration is: >> >>122 - tall, balanced >>147 - tall, unbalanced >>142 - short, balanced >>145 - short, unbalanced >> >>Anyone else concur?? >I have a two cabinets of the "short" variety, one of which still has the >original Leslie back panel sticker/instruction sheet (in somewhat legible >condition. This cabinet is labeled "Leslie type 145 *and* 147". (The amp >which was actually inside the thing, when I bought it, is labeled "type >145"). Anyway, this leads me to conclude that 145 and 147 model numbers >refer to two different amp models which were shipped in the same "short" >cabinet. Ben, The label on your cabinet seems like the key piece of info alright. I have a short cabinet with a 147 amp, which supports your suggestion. I'll have a look at the cabinet tonight and see if it is labelled as well. Colin cspence@nelson.env.gov.bc.ca
