I turned my treble 'way down as well and that does seem to help, although it 
is crude and marginal as you noted.  Since the perc vol is adjustable to 2 
levels already via software, seems to me they ought to be able to add 
another level or two.  I may have to call them about another problem anyway, 
and will see if they have even looked into this.

Thanks for the info on the OD pot adjustment.  I use the OD a bit but find 
it a little awkward because of the way it cranks the volume at the same 
time.  I see the Keyboard XB2 review noted that problem as well...oh well!
