Re: Voce distribution

I realize that inventory and other headaches make it difficult for
dealers to stock Voce and other niche market products. Also that financial
considerations make it hard for Voce to distribute free or cheap demo units
to dealers. Like many others, I have found their organ, Leslie simmulator,
and Electic Piano modules impossible to find, and I flatly refuse to buy a
musical instrument or module I that I can't hear first. I have seen *many*
posted requests for opinions on the Electric Piano and SPIN modules in
rec.music.makers.synth from people who have a very real interest in buying
these modules (including myself) but can't find them anywhere.

Would Voce consider making a audio demo tape/CD available to all via
phone order. I would gladly pay $5 shipping, or whatever, to hear a good
quality demo tape. Such a tape would provide a way for dealers to promote
Voce stuff without increasing inventory, and more to the point, we end users
would be able to preview the products and share opinions without going nuts
trying to find a non-existant demo units.

        What say, Dave?
