I have "Straight Ahead", enja R1 79608, dist. by Rhino. She plays, as
you say, instrumental jazz, though not with the bop/blues style of
Jimmy Smith/Joey De Francesco. The album of hers i liked best was the
one with Bob Berg. I borrowed the CD and can't recall the name - but i
believe its on the web page you mentioned.

My impression: I find her style refreshing, sort of between Larry
Young and J. Smith, though much closer to Smith than Young. She stays
fairly close to home on her solos, has good chops, doesn't kill you
with blue notes, and her originals follow a fairly traditional
form. Unlike the Young free-form of Unity/Contrasts.

Just my opinion.
