The 12BH7 single ended transformer output of the B-3 preamp adds a lot of distortion if you load it down. Turning the pot on the Leslie amp down deceases is input impedance alot. The input impedance of a Leslie amp varies from 20K to 120K depending on the position of the input attenuator. Peter Miller out at CAE in San Mateo, CA has made a detailed analysis of this phenomenon. Hope this helps. /Dave --- WinQwk 2.0b#1433
