The upgrade sounds worthwhile; I'm going to have to get it soon.

Velocity was always an option for percussion, right?  It is on my V1.
I even thought there was a trigger option, but it may be that with
velocity on it triggers on all key strikes and with it off it triggers
only when you've lifted the previous key(s).  I'll check it out tonight.
