It comes with and without the spindle. It was $145 with, and $125
without the spindle. I ordered it without the spindle, i already had
the stock one right? Wrong. It doesn't work with the stock spindle.
Both the stock and GOFF replacement drivers require a spindle plate
with three grommets mounted in 13/32" holes. The grommet holes are
spaced 120 degress apart and are drilled on a circle that is concentic
with the center of the thrust tube. The GOFF driver requires the
diameter of that circle to be different than the stock diameter. As a
result I drilled three new holes on a 3.1" diameter circle (i think
that's it), and it bolted right up. It is also supplied with a male
4-pin plug for the x-over.

Wow, i haven't heard an original driver in a long time. I can say that
the key click does not seem to be particularly prevalent. But that
could be due to other things. Perhaps i can do a direct A/B comparison
between the good-pretty and the bad-ugly Leslies (the gig Leslie's
case is really hammered).
