wow! i'm impressed. a sure sign of a mature list is requests for
various splits in content.

regarding content of this list - i want to receive postings about all
topics - technical, leslie, artist, what-have-you. so therefore i
prefer one list. oth, i don't really care about content split as long
as i can receive all postings. (cross-posts will bug me if i'm
subscribed to both lists tho).
