I guess this depends on how important the B-3 sound is to your band.  A mutual
friend pointed out to me that Peter Wishart of Runrig had bought himself an XB-3
rather than lump his C-3 around.  [Unfortunately, by the time I managed to get
in touch with Peter, he had sold it :-(].  But the Hammond is not a key part of
Runrig's sound, in the same way as it is of Jimmy McGriff's!
