Everthing you've mentioned except treble and bass are already implemented 
on the remote MIDI Drawbar unit.

You can hold a chord and change presets on the V3 without having to 
restrike a chord.  The drawbar settings change smoothly.

You can use 4 sets, however there is a chip change needed to set new 
control change numbers for the second sets of MIDI drawbars.  In other 
words, you can use one per manual with no modification but to use two, you 
need to assign the second set to new control numbers which do not overlap 
with the first set.

It's a MIDI controller which can be used with any module.  You'd feel 
comfortable playing the new pedals after only a few minutes.  There is a 
bracket which can be used to mount an expression pedal.  They also fit 
into a real B-3.

They keys have a square faced front.  The keyboards can be mounted in the 
same form factor as a real B-3.
