Leslie acquisition

Hi Folks,

I have found a Leslie 760 for $300.

It sounds pretty much like my 147 but louder, has the -II preamp, and 
everything works except for the lower "slow" motor; it is frozen.  I can 
probably fix it by taking apart as described in my 147 manual and 
lubricating it so I am not too worried about that part.

Does $300 sound like a fair price?  The owner won't budge on the price.
