Is this a good deal????

I just ran into the following deal:

Leslie 900 tone cabinet w/combo deluxe preamp pedal and covers for around
$600. The owner claims excellent condition.

Is this a good deal or should I wait for a PRO-3? I play about 60 gigs a
year so size and weight is a consideration. I will be driving it with
either a EMU Vintage Keys, VOCE V-3, Peavey Organ module, or possibly
samples from an Ensoniq keyboard. 

Any advice would be appreciated.  Thanks.
