Is this a good deal???? (Repeat)

(I dislike reporting this, but does anyone have any input on the Leslie 900?)

I just ran into the following deal:

Leslie 900 tone cabinet w/combo deluxe preamp pedal and covers for around
$600. The owner claims excellent condition.

Is this a good deal or should I wait for a PRO-3? I play about 60 gigs a
year so size and weight is a consideration.

Any advice would be appreciated.  Thanks.
