Can't say for sure but I know of a similar situation.  A fellow I know 
recently bought a B3 that was in storage at an ice arena - obviously a very 
humid spot.  It was unused for 10 years in that location I believe.  I 
haven't heard it, but I understand it fired up immediately and sounds fine. 
 This story aside, I'd still be worried about a damp spot.  How long does a 
Hammond last in the tropics??!!  That ought to be a hell of a place to check 
out the humidity question!
