Pro 3 question

I just received a fax from Motion Sound, to wit:

"....the unit will be shipped with a brake and distortion system not shown at
the NAMM show and a double footswitch for the slow/fast speed and the on/off
switching for the brake...."

Maybe this info is old news to the group.  Anyway,  I thought I read somewhere
that the final units would also be providing some way of adjusting the speed
of the rotor. 

Can anyone confirm this?
