All I can say is that I own a Leslie 900 and like it. I got mine for a little cheaper but not that much. I did quit toting it around in favor of a Yamaha RA-100 Leslie unit, though, because the Yamaha was more compact and roadworthy. It (the Leslie 900) sounded great for my purposes. (I use an X-B2). The Yamaha I found for $300. The thing I didn't like about the 900 was it's bulkiness and putting it together and taking it apart every night, but I always liked the sound. I don't think it's a bad deal, but a better one could come along. I prefer real Leslies (even solid state ones) to simulated ones I hope that helps. Todd
