Re: B3 cache.. by chance...

Every once in a while, by mere coincidence, my shop has a "group" of our
custom B-3's in for rebuilding, maintenance, etc. We don't really think
about it ever, since Dave, Bill and I do not always tell each other what is
coming in. As other members of the board can certainly state, you never know
what is going to be in our shop on any given day.

BUT... One Sunday afternoon, I decided to come in and clean up a little in
my shop. Only then did it dawn on me that lined up on my carpeted shop floor
were Gregg Allman's B-3 and one of his 122's, Keith Emerson's MIDI C-3 and
one of his 122's, Jimmy McGriff's MIDI B-3 and his 122, Hall & Oates' B-3 and
their 122, my own MIDI B-3 and several 122's........plus two stock C-3's
waiting for "their treatment".

I should have at least taken a picture of them huddled together. Think of
the stories they must have been swapping while no one was there..... Do you
suppose the touring organs corrupted the Church C-3's with stories?

I doubt if their famous owners had EVER gotten together in the same group.
