I had one of these back in 1973.  A friend gave it to me and I've 
forgotten where he got it.

It had slap switches on the front side for different things, about 36 
keys that were about 1/3 size, and a large number of spade connectors of 
one side that would plug into some kind of mount.  I remember from 
somewhere that this was supposed to mounted onto the front rail of a 
piano.  I don't know how this was supposed to work though; that connector 
scheme wouldn't make sense.

I had to say this, but I eventually dismantled it in an attempt to make 
my first synthesizer.  I ended up with a bunch of parts that made some 
noises, but nothing usable.
