Voce V3

I am afraid Dave Amels might have thought my post was negative. It wasn't.
I think the V3 is great.

 - Had I looked closer, there is an adjustment for the LCD contrast. Ooops.

 - I noted that the banks weren't filled with unique settings and the
alternate drawbars settings were all the same. I don't see this as a big
deal. There are 65 unique presets (128 slots) and 10 leslies (20 slots).
These presets cover the vast majority of the sounds that you would expect.

 - I have owned both Farfisas and Voxs. I think the sounds in the V3 are very
good, the unit just doesn't have a tacky enough vibrato........ B-)
(I also hope that someday, someone will emulate the "whammy" bar on the
   old Farfias.)

 - My unit had the midi control 7 for expression and 8 for volume. (I
might have mucked that myself when I first was playing with the unit.)
I restored them to the original settings 7 - volume, 8 - expression.
I like the way the unit handles better.

I am quickly falling in love with the VOCE V3. This puppy does the job.

(BTW: my friend who played my system this weekend called today to see
where I purchased my V3. He wants one.)

Now I have to start saving my money for that PRO-3...............
