[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] Controller for Voce V3?
Hi, An important quality for an organ controller is the ability to turn velocity sensitivity completely off. A lot of time you want to just touch the key and get the full sound - not have to hit it harder to get full volume. Is this feature available on many comtrollers? I know that the Kurzweil Midiboad has a slider that lets you easily adjust/turn off velocity sensitivity. But its pretty heavy (75 pounds) and is out of production. Its really an excellent piano controller. The XB-2 also lets you turn velocity sensitivity off when using MIDI. Given this and the fact that it has a good expression pedal, a used XB-2 could be a good candidate. However, the action is pretty "springy" compared to a B3. Any good recommendations? Dave Amels - can you recommend any controllers? Thanks, Joe
