Mark writes: >>One potential negative of the expression pedal, though, is that when backed off all the way, you can still hear the organ a bit (though not much) which makes fade-to-black endings impossible. I find this to be a little annoying in live settings but it isn't hard to work around, just slightly limiting.<< Mark, I played with the pots in my XB2 and recall being able to have major impact on the pedal min volume. Now I can't recall if it was possible to have it fade to nil, but there was quite a bit of play I think. I think the pot was labelled "min vol"...did you happen to play with that one when you did your pot tweaking a while ago? Maybe it can be adjusted to provide a nil return when the pedal is backed off all the way. An interesting feature of the V 2.0 software is the control over max and min vol settings when you are using your XB2 to trigger something else. I found that useful for doing horn shots where I didn't need a huge range in volume and was always finding myself coming in under or over the desired volume when I had the full 120 point range of volume settings at the end of my foot!
