[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] A100 option repost
Since the aol people are back in Hammond land, I thought I might repost this at the risk of being redundant. But I suspect almost noone got it the first time. I have a Hammond A100 I bought with a Leslie 145. I had a guy get me a converter box to convert the 5pin out put to 6 pin configured for the 145. When my horn driver went out, I had a friend come over with a 122. Of coarse it didn't work when we tried to hook up the 122, even though it is also a 6 pin. So I'm sure not set up the same way. And no I didn't blow up the 122. My Questions are: 1. What does it take to convert an A100 5 pin output to a 6 pin 122. Who has it? 2. What differs in the two Leslie's 6 pin configuration. 3. What options do I have available for the A100, I heard Al Goff mention a B-3 conversion kit. Is it easy to disconnet the speaker in the Hammond? 4. My reverb isn't working. I don't have the Leslie the A100 was designed for. Would I still hear the reverb on other Leslies? Is it woking and I'm just note wired up for it, or do I need a new tank? Engage!!!!
