This sounds mighty familiar!  I did the same process and took appx. 8 hours
also, the key is to take your time and when you feel like you need a break,
take one.  But the difference is worth every penny.  I initally had serveral
dead notes when I was finished.  I had to trouble shoot via the original
hammond manual to determine which frequencies had to be re-soldered.  Check
