>It may well be that a drawbar wire has come loose, however, on the E series
there are two other common problems.
1. Signal for several drawbars is routed through the percussion
switches. Hold a note down with the dead drawbar pulled out and push upward
on the percussion tabs. If the harmonic returns, clean & adjust the switch
contacts.
2. Signals from the manuals pass through MOLEX connectors. Remove the
plug from this connector and clean the pins. This may solve the problem.
The missing note problem might be an open or unsoldered cap. on the tone
generator filters, a shorted filter coil, an unsoldered or cold soldered
wire on the generator terminal strip, or if your unlucky, a bad generator
coil. TREK II products makes a generator note replacement if this is the
case. We can repair the original coil if you have the money !
Good Luck !
