B-3000 custom chip

Hello everybody.
I'm searching for the first (#1) of 12 custom chips which are probably
filters for the 12 fundamental notes of Hammond B-3000.
They are 5-foot brown chips, numbered from 1 to 12.

The one I need is coded:

         1347847L
        058-053691  <- this is probably the Hammond part #

Anybody knows where to get it or, better, what is the internal circuit of it?

Please don't tell me it's not worth repairing: I know that!
