Vibrato+Leslie=?

I recently purchased a Leslie 251 and got it working with my CV.  It
really makes a difference!  You guys are right on!  However, I have
seen several messages mentioning using Hammond vibrato.  I tried
this, but it really sounds wierd to me (Leslie on chorale speed).
The vibrato sounds fine when using a Hammond tone cabinet.

When, if ever, would one use such a combination?  Are there any
recordings out there which use both at once, or is the use of
Hammond vibrato or vibrato chorus with a Leslie mutually exclusive?
