I am sorry but I have been forced to publicly reply to an email that was
private. 
My comments to Dallas were my private opinion and were sent via email
directly to him not to this list. 
I am NOT going to apoligize for a private conversation nor discuss it
publicly. I am sorry to have over 200 people read this but I forced to by the
posting of my private letter. 

I am not related to this "Timxxxx@xx.xx who was complained about before in an
unrelated mattter.
