Re: Vibrato+Leslie=?

Dave,

The Vibrato modes, accessable with the Vibrato/Chorus knob were mostly used
by organists with classical training (in an attempt to emulate a pipe organ's
wind-driven tremulant system), where as most rock and jazz players tend to
use the Chorus mode. The chorus mode adds a portion of the un-scanned
(straight) signal with the vibrato signal giving the end result a bit more
punch. It's okay to use the vibrato with the Leslie effect. You may find
one of the 3 Chorus positions more pleasing. I suppose it's all personal
taste.
