Leslie: Small Motor

Any suggestions for a source for a replacement Leslie
small motor (part #300-408) for the lower rotor of a
Leslie 251?  Mine has developed a rattle which is
present even with the motor removed and running on
the bench.  There is considerable vibration, and the
rotor appears to be vibrating IN AND OUT at about
10 hertz!  There is no apparent play in the bearings,
and no cooling fins appear missing.  The rotor appears
to be out of balance.

Has anyone had a similar problem and fixed it?
