[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] [no subject]OK, looking at a copy from this old Keyboard (pg. 45, Sept./Oct. 1976),
Michael Smokowicz of the Organ Service Company of New Jersey supplied a
schematic which will work for C3s, B3s and A100s (though I used it on a C2) -
it references the AO-28 Preamp.
There is a connection to the BN (GND) terminal, which is just to the right
of the TONE control (all this visible looking at the preamp from the back of
the organ with the wood back off), which goes to the ground of the phone
jack. The other connection goes to the adjacent terminal on the right,
the BLK G terminal. From this connection, there is a 2200 ohm resistor which
then connects to one leg of a 50K pot. The other leg of the pot connects to the
ground line. The wiper of the pot goes to the hot side of the phone jack
with a 10K ohm resistor in-line, and a .001 capacitor connected between
the wiper and the leg of the pot where the 2200 ohm resistor connects.
Here's a rough schematic:

Hope that's helpful. If this schematic is not clear enough, let me know
and I can
scan the original and send it as a GIF to whoever wants it.
Cheers to everyone!
