L100 top end

I have an L100 on which the treble seems very muffled. If I pull out the 1'
drawbar and walk up the keyboard it becomes almost impossible to hear
(before the foldback). The organ _has_ been shifted around a lot. Can anyone
think of a simple reason for this?
Bare in mind that I don't have an L100 circuit diagram.
