The heater of this tube does not go directly to the 6.3V source, but through
a 5 ohm resistor (actually 2 10 ohms in parallel).  I've seen these
resistors open preventing the tube from lighting.  This was done to prevent
a pedal tone from sounding when the organ is turned on.
