Hello B-3 Lovers!

I have a problem....  I have what I believe is a 1960 B-3 (serial number 
88262) which is in mint condition...  About a month ago I started having 
problems with the starter switch.  The starter motor runs, but it takes 
a long time for the gears to "click in" (which I believe are the tone 
wheels starting to spin).  Sometimes they don't kick in at all.  
Sometimes there is no problem and it kicks in after about 4 seconds...  
Any suggestions?

Also, is there a way to tell the year that my organ was manufactured?
