Are there any differences between an A-100 and B-3/C-3 (other than the power
amps/reverb/built-in speakers/styling)?
Vibrato line differences?
Pre-amp chassis differences?
Last summer I saw one for sale for $500 right in my home town.
Thought about it, didn't have the money.
A few weeks later, it was being advertised for sale for $200.
No thought was required, I suddenly had the money! Even though I already had an
H-111. Here was a chance for that classic Hammond sound. Not for gigs, though.
Use a modified CX-3 for that. (Through a tube amp and Leslie, of course.)
