>The old Santana/Journey organ I am very familiar with. It was badly
trashed by roadies, full (about 5 lbs.) of confetti, key contacts bad,
cyphers, key combs shot and no output. We rebuilt this organ about two
years ago. Gregg still uses it.

There are several goodies Bill Beer incorperates into his chops as options.
The nine switches on Gregg's organ allowed him to percus any harmonic(s).
I've seen Bill "Filter Bass". These switches added well filtered 16' and 8'
to the lower manual, which was wired down to C1. Sounded pretty good.

I don't know if Bill now supplies schematics and or parts lists for his
products. In the past, all factory markings vere removed from I.C.'s and
transistors and schematics were difficult if not impossible to get. This
makes field service extremely difficult. I hope this policy has been
changed. Most "Pro's" need the organ fixed now and don't want to send units
in for service.

Bill's workmanship is outstanding and the organs do seem to hold up very well.
