Prices of M3's

Hello,

  yesterday I met a chap in a local music store who may be selling
  his Hammond M3. I haven't seen it yet but he says it is in good
  condition. I've seen two or three ads selling M3' for around $200US
  up to 600US in the Recycler ads and one locally. Is this a typical
  price range ?
