This is just one small snippet of input but, one quick way to make sure
your tone generator is working okay is to touch the tip of your
headphones to one of the tone wheel output terminals (with the other lead
tied to chassis for a ground).  This at least confirms the generator is
alive and well (and it sounds like yours is).  I'd go next to the mixing
transformer and repeat the process while you play a few keys.  That
should get you as far as the amp.  If there's no audio at the amp output
then at least you've bracketed the area of trouble.  Time to start
looking for power supply voltages, bad tubes, broken connections etc. 
Admittedly this is kind of a backwards way to do it but it helps to 
eliminate variables.  Shouldn't be too hard to find.
