As far as I know, Farfisa is owned since 196x by an American company... "Lear Siegler" or something like. They are now specialized in interphones! Just for the record, I own a Farfisa 150 (console) bought directly from the factory in 1973 (my factory used to manufacture plastic parts for them). It ceased working recently: only a distorted sound is coming from the speaker. Its main weakness was in the key contacts, which needed continuous cleaning. Never had problems with oscillators. In the same area used to operate Pari and Elka (and many others), which manufactured nice and cheap imitations of tonewheel Hammonds and Leslies.
