It's not original Leslie equipment. Ane there are many different schools of thought on using non-Jensen drivers. I have no experience with a Gauss driver, but I know they make excellent products. We make an adapter for old Jensen drivers that allows the user to screw on any 1 3/8" threaded-throat driver. Personally, I prefer EV or MG drivers. Some drivers produce an output that's too crisp--really accentuating things like generator crosstalk and key click. Try it out, you may or may not like how it sounds....
