My dimming memory associates the name with a rotating speaker system used as a Leslie clone, popular with guitar players c. late '60's, and originally manufactured--I thought--by Traynor, of Yorkville (Toronto), Canada. (Mark; you might recall our correspondence about this shortly after I first subscribed.) I can picture the product clearly (perhaps 20" square and 12" high) but what's obviously fuzzy to me is the true name (and manufacturer) of the unit, since everyone else agrees that Roto-Vibe refers to some sort of effects unit/pedal. Does a Traynor-made unit ring any bells with anyone? (Rotron?? No; those are blowers. Roto-Rooter?? No, no; that's something else that spins...Rotisserie?? Nah...) Alan Reddig There's one of these things in a local music store. The company is Maestro; can't remember the model name.
