Line Level (ProAudio, Broadcast) +4dB
Common Level (Home HiFi/Stereo and many modules, synths etc) -10dB
Low Level (Microphones, some guitar pickups (Instruments)): -40 to -60

this is based on 0dBVU = +4dB where 0dB = 1mW dissapated in 600 ohms.
