It's all one piece (mine's German made). Try removing the wheel from the arm
then work some WD40 into the bearing contact.  It worked for me on two of my
noisy Leslies.

The little wheel on the tension spring for the upper rotor belt is making a
creaking noise that sometimes becomes a squeak. It obviously needs replacing.

My question is - how does the pulley come off the bearing...? Or should I
somehow acquire one with the pulley already on?
