The pulley is pressed onto the bearing.  Replacments come as one piece 
(Bearing and pulley).

Try mailto:jjwelch@TheRamp.net  for a new one.  But first try applying 
leslie or hammond oil on top of the bearing.  Keep the pulley clean!  
just egnough to fill the little groove around the bearing.  This has 
worked at time as a temporary fix.
