Continuing this thread, I have the same problem with my XB-2, although I set 
the level so that it doesn't produce the problem and have learnt to live with 
it.  I obtained the v2 upgrade in May 1995 and the version is 2.01 as far as I 
can remember.  Does anyone have a newer version than this that doesn't produce 
the percussion problem ?
