HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! >(Sal - you should post the ad literature listing the names! :-) In his organ stops book, Mr. Stevens Irwin comes up with the following (only a tiny, tiny bit of his whole list): Larigot 1 1/3' 000000060 Open Quint 5 1/3' 070030010 Prestant 8' 007766332 Prinzipal 8' 008876540 Quint 5 1/3' 070000000 Heckelphone 8' 004554430 Tuba d'Amore 8' 004553332 Mellophone 8' 005776540 etc. Only one of many possible drawbar settings is included for each of the names above (Irwin must have spent years matching names to drawbar settings, after which I believe he went berserk and was confined to an institution). The Mellophone is actually the original sound imitated by the Mellotron, and each Mellotron sound can be achieved simply by setting one of the 13 Mellophone drawbar combinations. No messy tape loops! The Heckelphone always comes in handy at political campaign rallies and sporting events, and, really, it's so much easier and elegant to use the Tuba d'Amore setting to get your wife in the mood than to stagger around with a real tuba. I think I'll stop now. Too much coffee to early in the morning. Steve
