You Know I really don't understand it. For the price that people pay for
these MX-1's or what ever that piece of SUZUKI S**T is they could buy an
A-100, or maybe even a rattie B-3. But damn would,nt you rather have a
shittie B then one of these tin can sounding things. There terrible. And yes
I know that a lot of guys buy them because they dont want to drag there B's
around because yes they are heavy. But shit once you realy learn how to move
that sucker its really not so bad. And believe me when you fire that sucker
up and play it you'll be glad you busted your balls moving it.
But if you really have to use one of these clones that
are out there you should use the Voce V-3. Now that is a BAD LITTLE MOTHER
******. And believe it or not I heard Joey DeFrancesco play this Rodgers
Organ called the x 5000 or something like that on the same stage with Jack
Mcduff(who was playing a really good B-3) and man this organ sounded
unbelivable. It was the closest thing Ive ever heard to a B-3. But close or
not a B-3 is still a B-3.
Anyway guys, stop playing these Hammond MX-1, or XB-2,
or XB-3 or whatever they call all that shit that suzuki has the nerve to have
the name Hammond on it, Because they sound like SHIT. Please excuse my
language but thats the only word I can use to describe how that stuff sounds.
