        I don't have one in front of me but there is a square port located 
on the underside of the unit which is covered by a piece of fiber board 
that's attached with four counter-sunk phillips screws.  You take that off 
and the driver is mounted in there.  The 2" diaphram is extracted by 
removing 3 screws.  I'm not sure what the diaphram is screwed into.
        
        If you're thinking of replacing this driver I was told that Atlas 
makes a high power phenolic driver with roughly the same frequency 
response as the original jensen phenolic.  This atlas was designed for use 
in sirens and I have no idea if it'e efficient enough, but you might look 
into that.  Also, the current treble Hammond drivers (made by Atlas) are 
pretty good.  The PRO-3 uses a 30-Watt amp.
