Leslies for sale in Los Angeles

I am helping a friend in Los Angeles sell off some gear. Here are his
descriptions:

Leslie 51 - Mahogany , very good condition, jensen drivers, good amp,
no mods.

Leslie 51 Blond - Fair condition, fair condition, Jensen drivers, good
amp, no mods.

I don't really know if this is really the mysterious blond Leslie. I said,
"Hey Tom, is this a blond leslie, I think these are supposed to be rare",
and he said something like, "What is so rare about limed oak?" I have only
played "dark" hammonds so, I don't know about these things. While my
friend selling these is what I would classify as a vintage guitar amp
expert tech, he is not so knowledgeable about Leslies. This"blond" leslie
may be like finding a unicorn, or it may be a common limed oak cabinet - I
don't know. I'd refinish it.

I don't know if 51s are one speed or two. If they are one speed, figure
into your budget a two speed kit. I installed the model from Keyboard
Engineering (Chuck Cordier 1-800-321-3742) and like it ($100).
